Originally from South Africa, mother of two Ruth has a twenty-five-year career as chocolatier and pastry chef, in which her accomplishments including success at the 2013 World Chocolate Masters, has successfully positioned herself amongst the world’s top 5 chocolatiers and ambassador for global chocolate brand Callebaut
Owner of Cocoa Black Chocolate & Pastry School in Peebles. near Edinburgh, Ruth is passionate about passing on her skills to culinary enthusiasts and the next generation of chocolatiers and pastry chefs.
