Amy-Beth Ellice and Skye Holland dominate the weekend’s national magazines

Last weekend saw JHPR clients Amy Beth Ellice and Skye Holland command the weekend media with extensive features in Sunday Express’ S Magazine and You Magazine. With both securing cover mentions and six page features, both women are fast becoming Britain’s most exciting food personalities.

17 year old Amy-Beth Ellice, Britain’s youngest female published cookery author, shared her favourite recipes for creating the best afternoon tea.  Giving readers a lesson on how to recreate recipes such as Raspberry Macaroons, Rosy Victoria Sponge cake and Lemon and Lavender fondant fancies.

Acclaimed artist Skye Holland put You Magazine columnist Liz Jones through her own personal body confidence session. Commissioned to draw the outspoken journalist ‘boudoir’, readers were given a peak into what is usually a very intimate, sometimes nerve-wracking, but always beautiful  experience.
